NWUSA has been a cornerstone of youth soccer in Portland and Gresham since 2002. We are a nonprofit — that means our coaches are here because they love the game and want to give back, not to chase a paycheck.
Our community is bilingual, tight-knit, and deeply rooted. You will not just be coaching soccer — you will be shaping kids who grow up to bring their own children back to these same fields.
What We Look For

- ✓Coaching license or experience preferred — not required
